For filmmakers who deliver to clients
A Frame.io alternative for client review and delivery.
Your client watches the film and leaves a note at the exact second, with no account. Then your client presses Approve, and the watermark comes off and the full-size files open, on the same link, with your name at the top. Photos from the same job sit on the same page.
Free holds 5 GB and 1 hour of video, with every feature. Solo is $20 a month for 1 TB and 15 hours. Prices are for your studio, not each person. See pricing
No card. Sign up with an email or Google, and your client never makes an account. Frame.io read on its own pages on October 30, 2026.
This is the link your client gets.

1You upload the film and the photos.
Into one project. Split it into folders if the job has parts.
2Your client leaves notes on both.
At a moment in the film and pinned to a spot on a photo, in one list you answer from.
3Your client presses Approve.
The review mark comes off and the full-size files open, on the same link.
Best on your phone. That’s where most clients open it.

Which one suits you.
Frame.io may suit you better if
- You cut in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Media Composer and want your client’s comments in it today.
- Your team reviews internally, with comments your client doesn’t see, and restricted folders.
- You work alone and want 2 TB for $15 a month.
DropYourFiles may suit you better if
- You want your client’s approval to take the watermark off and open the final downloads, on the link they already have.
- You deliver photos and film to the same client and want them on one page.
- You want your logo, a password and a watermark on the free plan.
- You cut in Final Cut Pro and want your client’s notes as to-do markers.
- Your studio would rather pay one price for its logins than a price for each person.
Questions.
Can I bring my projects over from Frame.io?
Yes. Connect your Frame.io account in Bring work in and pick projects or folders. Versions come over as versions, and comments arrive as notes on the files they belong to. A Frame.io download with its comments export works too.
How does approval work?
Your client presses Approve and confirms once. The review watermark comes off and the full-size downloads open, on the same link your client already has. Photos and film can be approved separately, so the photos can go out while the film is still in review.
Does my client need an account?
No. Your client opens the link in any browser, on a phone or a computer, and types a name the first time they leave a note.
Can I get my client’s notes into Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve?
Not yet. Notes download as to-do markers for Final Cut Pro, and as a spreadsheet on every plan. If you cut in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Media Composer, Frame.io’s comment export goes into each of them today.
What does it cost next to Frame.io?
Free holds 5 GB and 1 hour of video, with every feature and no card. Solo is $20 a month ($220 a year) for 1 TB. Studio is $59 for 3 logins. Frame.io Pro is $15 a member a month ($156 a year) for 2 TB plus 2 TB for each extra member, read on frame.io/pricing on October 30, 2026.
Can I lock the link and control downloads?
Yes, on every plan. Add a password or an expiry date to any link. Until your client presses Approve, the review mark stays on, and you can open downloads early from the project’s Settings.
Whose name does my client see?
Yours. Your logo, name and colors sit at the top of your client’s page on every plan, Free included. The link itself is on dropyourfiles.com.
Can I send a new cut on the same link?
Yes. Upload the new cut over the last one and the link doesn’t change. Your client sees which round they’re watching, and earlier rounds stay viewable.
