For hybrid photo and video studios
A client gallery for photographers who shoot video too.
“Got the photos, thank you. Where do I watch the video?” Different email, different app, different password.
If you shoot stills and film on the same job, your client shouldn’t get two links. Here the film and every photo sit on one page under your name, and your client reviews, approves and downloads both from it.
Free up to 5 GB. No card.
What your client does on the link.
Your client watches
Your client opens the link on a phone or a computer and watches the film, with the photos right beside it. No account, no app to install.
Your client points at what to change
Your client pauses and types, and the note sticks to that second of the film. On a photo or a PDF page, your client taps the exact spot, and can draw on it.
Your client approves
When it’s right, your client presses Approve and confirms once. The watermark comes off. On a job with photos and film, your client can approve each one separately.
Your client downloads the finals
The full-size files open for download on the same link, one by one or all at once. You don’t send anything new.
One page for the whole job.
Film and photos side by side
Your client sees the film and the photos on the same page. If the job has parts, split it into folders, like the launch event and the product shots.
Video you can count
Every plan says how much video it holds, in hours, beside the room for everything else: 1 hour on Free, 15 hours on Solo, 50 hours on Studio.
Your name at the top
Your logo, name and colors sit at the top of your client’s page on every plan.
Notes on both, in one list.
Your client leaves a note at a moment in the film and pins a note on the exact spot of a photo. You read them all in one list and reply where it helps.
Approve the photos and the film separately.
Photos often land before the film is finished. Your client can approve the photos while the film is still in review, and each approval takes that part’s watermark off and opens its full-size downloads.
Questions.
Can my client pick favorite photos?
Yes. Your client hearts the photos they love, and you see those favorites in the project.
How much video fits?
Free holds 1 hour of video, Solo 15 hours and Studio 50 hours, each beside the room for photos and everything else. Galleries count video in very different ways, and our table of what each one includes is linked below.
Can I bring my work over from another gallery?
From Vimeo, you connect your account and bring the films over. From Frame.io, you drop in a download of the project. From Pixieset, you download a collection and add the photos to a project. From anywhere else, you download your files and upload them here.
Do you sell prints?
No, there’s no print store. If prints are a big part of your business, a photo gallery with a lab built in may suit you better.
Does my client need an account?
No. Your client opens the link in any browser, on a phone or a computer, and types a name the first time they leave a note. There’s nothing to sign up for and no app to install.
