A cheaper alternative to Frame.io for freelancers, with prices.
“Can you put the photos on the same link as the video?” You pay for two tools, and neither one can.
It depends on what you deliver. For video alone, Frame.io’s Pro plan is $15 a member a month and Krock.io’s Pro is $10 a user, and both cost less than DropYourFiles Solo at $20. If you deliver photos too, the cheaper setup is one tool instead of two: Frame.io Pro plus Pixieset’s Client Gallery Pro comes to $45 a month on monthly billing, and Solo is $20 for both on one link, with 1 TB and 15 hours of video. We checked every price on the company’s own page on October 28, 2026.

What one person pays, month to month.
Frame.io
Free has 2 GB, up to 2 members and up to 2 projects. Pro is $15 a member a month with 2 TB. Paying yearly saves 13%.
Krock.io
Free has 2 GB for one user. Pro is $10 a user a month, from 2 TB, with unlimited reviewers.
Dropbox Replay
An add-on on top of a Dropbox Plus plan or higher: $12 a user a month, or $120 a year. Your uploads count against your Dropbox storage.
DropYourFiles
Free has 5 GB with 1 hour of video and needs no card. Solo is $20 a month with 1 TB and 15 hours of video. Every feature is on both.
The saving is in the second subscription.
A freelancer who shoots stills and film often pays for a review tool for the cut and a gallery for the photos. Pixieset’s Client Gallery Pro is $30 a month on monthly billing, or $24 a month paid yearly, with 1 TB and 2 hours of video. Put Frame.io Pro next to it and you’re at $45 a month, your client has two links, and the notes come back in two places.
On DropYourFiles the film and the photos share one page, and your client approves each part and downloads from it. Deliver photos and video in one link shows the page.

Where Frame.io wins.
If you deliver film and nothing else, work alone and need room, Frame.io Pro gives 2 TB for $15, which is more room for less money than Solo. Cut in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve? Frame.io sends comments there. Ours go to Final Cut Pro for now. Frame.io and DropYourFiles side by side has the full table.
Moving over costs nothing.
Years of Frame.io projects can come across with their comments: the files arrive in their folders, and each comment lands as a note on its frame. Nothing changes in your Frame.io account. How to move from Frame.io has the steps.
