Photo and video delivery
Deliver photos and video in one link.
“Can you send the link again?” Third time this week, and it’s the other link.
A lot of jobs end with a gallery link for the photos, a Vimeo link for the film and a WeTransfer for the files. Here it’s one link, from your client’s first look to the final download.
Free up to 5 GB. No card.
What your client does on the link.
Your client watches
Your client opens the link on a phone or a computer and watches the film, with the photos right beside it. No account, no app to install.
Your client points at what to change
Your client pauses and types, and the note sticks to that second of the film. On a photo or a PDF page, your client taps the exact spot, and can draw on it.
Your client approves
When it’s right, your client presses Approve and confirms once. The watermark comes off. On a job with photos and film, your client can approve each one separately.
Your client downloads the finals
The full-size files open for download on the same link, one by one or all at once. You don’t send anything new.
Three links, or one.
The film and the photos together
Your client watches the film and scrolls the photos on the same page, under your name.
Notes on both
A note on the exact second of the film and a pin on the exact spot of a photo, in one list for you.
The finals on the same page
When your client approves, the full-size files open right there, one by one or all at once.
One link that changes with the job.
In review, the files carry a watermark and your client leaves notes. After Approve, the watermark comes off and the full-size files open. The address never changes, so the link in your first email still works at the end.
Room for both.
Every plan counts video in hours, beside the room for everything else: 1 hour and 5 GB on Free, 15 hours and 1 TB on Solo. If you’re weighing where to put a job with a film in it, the table of what each client gallery includes for video is linked below.
Questions.
Can I send photos and video to a client in one link?
Yes. The film and the photos sit on one page, your client reviews and approves both, and the finals download from the same link.
Does the link expire?
Not unless you set an expiry date. A delivered project stays open, with its downloads, for as long as you keep it.
Can my client download everything at once?
Yes. Your client can download everything in one go or file by file, at full size or as a smaller copy for screens.
Does my client need an account?
No. Your client opens the link in any browser, on a phone or a computer, and types a name the first time they leave a note. There’s nothing to sign up for and no app to install.
What does it cost?
There’s a free plan with 5 GB of room and 1 hour of video, no card needed. Solo is $20 a month with 1 TB and 15 hours of video, and Studio is $59 a month for a team. Every feature is on every plan.
