For corporate and internal video
Client review for corporate video producers.
“Her title is wrong in the lower third. And legal wants to see it before it goes out.” Which lower third? There are nine.
Corporate films go past more people than most: the comms lead, HR, the person on camera, legal. Here they all review the same link, each note lands on its second with a name on it, and the next cut goes up over the last.

What your client does on the link.
Your client watches
Your client opens the link on a phone or a computer and watches the film, with the photos right beside it. No account, no app to install.
Your client points at what to change
Your client pauses and types, and the note sticks to that second of the film. On a photo or a PDF page, your client taps the exact spot, and can draw on it.
Your client approves
When it’s right, your client presses Approve and confirms once. The watermark comes off. On a job with photos and film, your client can approve each one separately.
Your client downloads the finals
The full-size files open for download on the same link, one by one or all at once. You don’t send anything new.
The details that send a film back.
Names and titles in lower thirds
Your client pauses on the lower third and types, or draws on the paused frame to mark the word. You see the second and the spot.
Every reviewer named
Each person types a name the first time they leave a note, so you know which change legal asked for and which came from HR.
Captions from the transcript
Every film is transcribed on our own encoder, so the audio isn’t sent to a transcription service. Fix a line, turn captions on for your client, and download them as SRT or VTT.
Private from the start.
Internal films aren’t for the public. The link isn’t listed anywhere, you can lock it with a password or an expiry date, the film carries a watermark until your client approves, and each download link is signed and stops working after 12 hours.
Approval on the record.
When the last person signs off, your client presses Approve and confirms once. You get an email, the project shows it as approved, and the full-size master opens on the same link.
Releases and paperwork too.
Send release forms or the production agreement for signature from your studio. Each signer gets their own link with no account, and the signed copy comes back with its signing record.
Questions.
Can legal review without an account?
Yes. Everyone opens the link in a browser and types a name with their first note. Nobody on your client’s side signs up for anything.
Can I lock the link with a password?
Yes. Any link can have a password or an expiry date, and each download link is signed when your client clicks it and stops working after 12 hours.
Are captions on every plan?
Yes. Transcripts and captions are on every plan, Free included, like every other feature.
Do the notes go into my editor?
Into Final Cut Pro, as to-do markers on the frames your client noted. Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve aren’t supported yet; for those, download a spreadsheet or a plain timecode list.
What does it cost?
There’s a free plan with 5 GB of room and 1 hour of video, no card needed. Solo is $20 a month with 1 TB and 15 hours of video, and Studio is $59 a month for a team. Every feature is on every plan.
