For wedding filmmakers

Video delivery for wedding videographers.

“Can you take out the bit where my uncle walks in front of the camera? It’s near the vows.” The ceremony film is 48 minutes.

You send the couple one link. They watch the highlight film, the ceremony and the speeches, pause where something bugs them and type, and the note lands on that second. When it’s right they press Approve, and the films open for download on the same link, in the size each person needs.

Free up to 5 GB. No card.

The whole wedding, film by film.

  • A folder for each part

Put the highlight film, the full ceremony, the speeches and the first dance in their own folders on one project. The couple scrolls one page, not five links.

  • Notes from the couple, and from Mom

The couple can share the link with family. Each person types a name with their first note, so you know which change came from whom.

  • The next cut on the same link

Swap the song or trim the toast, then upload the new cut over the last one. The couple opens the same link and sees it, with the earlier round behind it.

A review copy until they approve.

Before the couple approves, each film plays as a watermarked 720p copy, so nobody posts the unfinished edit. When they press Approve and confirm, the watermark comes off and the full-quality films open for download.

Every download size, on the same page.

A wedding film master is large, and most relatives want something that plays on a phone. The couple downloads each film as the original, 4K when your master is 4K, 1080p or 720p, with the size shown beside each one before they tap.

Room counted in hours of film.

Every plan says how much film it holds: 1 hour on Free, 15 hours on Solo, 50 hours on Studio. A wedding with 90 minutes of film uses an hour and a half of that. Delivered weddings stay on their link for as long as you keep them, and they keep counting until you delete them.

Questions.

How do I deliver a wedding video to the couple?

Upload the films to one project and send the couple its link. They watch on a phone or a computer, leave notes on the exact second, and press Approve. The watermark comes off and the films download from the same link, at full size or smaller.

How long does the link last?

As long as you keep the project. Nothing expires on a clock unless you set an expiry date, so the couple can come back to it on their anniversary.

Can the couple download a smaller copy for their phone?

Yes. Each film downloads as the original, 4K when the master is 4K, 1080p or 720p, and the size of each is shown before they choose.

Can I move my wedding films over from Vimeo or Frame.io?

Yes. From Vimeo, you connect your account and bring the films over. From Frame.io, you drop in a download of the project.

Do the couple’s notes go into my editor?

Into Final Cut Pro, as to-do markers on the frames they noted. Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve aren’t supported yet; for those, download a spreadsheet or a plain timecode list.

What does it cost?

There’s a free plan with 5 GB of room and 1 hour of video, no card needed. Solo is $20 a month with 1 TB and 15 hours of video, and Studio is $59 a month for a team. Every feature is on every plan.
