For event videographers and photographers

Client delivery for event videographers.

“Can we get a few photos tonight for the post? The recap can wait.” And the keynote recordings next week.

An event job lands in pieces: photos your client wants tonight, a recap film by the end of the week, full session recordings after that. Here they share one link, and each piece opens when it’s ready.

Free up to 5 GB. No card.

Each piece when it’s ready.

  • Photos tonight

Upload the first selects the same night. Your client can approve the photos and download them while the films are still being cut.

  • The recap next

Add the recap film to the same link when it’s done. Your client leaves notes on the exact second, and you upload the next cut over the last.

  • The full sessions after

Long recordings go in their own folder, one for each day or each room, so nobody scrolls past two hours of keynote to find the recap.

Hours of video, counted.

Session recordings add up. Every plan counts video in hours: 1 hour on Free, 15 hours on Solo, 50 hours on Studio and 150 hours on Enterprise, and you can add room on any paid plan.

Captions for the sessions.

Films are transcribed on our own encoder. Fix a line, turn on captions for your client, and download them as SRT or VTT for wherever the sessions go next.

The organizer, the speakers, the sponsor.

Share the link with whoever needs a say. Each person types a name the first time they leave a note, so you know whether a note came from the organizer or from a speaker.

Questions.

Can my client get the photos before the film is done?

Yes. Your client can approve the photos and download them while the recap and the sessions are still in review.

Can guests find their own photos with a selfie?

No, there’s no face search for guests. If your events need a gallery for hundreds of guests to search, a gallery built for that may suit you better. This is for delivering to the client who hired you.

Are the session recordings transcribed?

Yes. Every film is transcribed on our own encoder, and you can edit the transcript and download it as text or as SRT and VTT captions.

How long does the link last?

As long as you keep the project, unless you set an expiry date yourself.

What does it cost?

There’s a free plan with 5 GB of room and 1 hour of video, no card needed. Solo is $20 a month with 1 TB and 15 hours of video, and Studio is $59 a month for a team. Every feature is on every plan.
