For creative agencies
Client approval for creative agencies.
“Did the client sign off on the cutdowns, or just the hero film?” Nobody on the team is sure.
An agency runs many clients at once, with a team in the middle and freelancers coming and going. Here each client holds its projects, each person on your team sees the work you give them, and your client approves on one link with your agency’s name at the top.

What your client does on the link.
Your client watches
Your client opens the link on a phone or a computer and watches the film, with the photos right beside it. No account, no app to install.
Your client points at what to change
Your client pauses and types, and the note sticks to that second of the film. On a photo or a PDF page, your client taps the exact spot, and can draw on it.
Your client approves
When it’s right, your client presses Approve and confirms once. The watermark comes off. On a job with photos and film, your client can approve each one separately.
Your client downloads the finals
The full-size files open for download on the same link, one by one or all at once. You don’t send anything new.
Your team, fenced to their work.
Access by client, project or folder
Give someone one client, one project or one folder. Can view lets them watch, download and answer notes. Can edit adds uploading and replacing. Full access adds sending to your client.
A freelancer on one folder
A freelance editor can be given the folder they’re cutting and nothing else in the studio. A folder goes up to Can edit, never Full access.
Tag a teammate in a note
Type @ in a note to tag someone on your team. They get an email and can answer the note without signing in.
Approval for each piece.
A campaign is a hero film, cutdowns, stills and a PDF of the layouts. They sit on one link with every note in one list, and your client can approve the photos and the films separately, so the answer to “did they sign off on the cutdowns” is on the project.
Your agency’s name at the top.
Your logo, name and colors sit at the top of your client’s page, on every plan. The link itself is on dropyourfiles.com.
Logins for a team.
Studio is $59 a month with 3 logins, and Enterprise is from $149 with 10. More logins are $15 a month each on Studio and Enterprise. Your clients and their reviewers never need one.
Questions.
Can I limit a freelancer to one project?
Yes. Give them that project, or one folder in it, and choose Can view or Can edit. They see nothing else in your studio.
Can my client’s whole team review?
Yes. Share the link with everyone on your client’s side. Each person types a name on their first note, so every note says who left it.
Can my client approve the stills before the film?
Yes. On a job with photos and film, your client can approve each one separately, and each approval opens that part’s full-size downloads.
Does it connect to our project management tool?
No. There are no integrations with project management or chat tools. Notes and approvals reach you by email and in your Notes inbox.
What does it cost?
There’s a free plan with 5 GB of room and 1 hour of video, no card needed. Solo is $20 a month with 1 TB and 15 hours of video, and Studio is $59 a month for a team. Every feature is on every plan.
