How to deliver wedding photos and video together.
“Is the video in the same place as the photos?” Asked by the bride’s mother, in the family group chat.
Photos in one gallery and the film on another site means two links and two passwords, and the couple has to remember which is where.

One page for the whole day.
Split the day into folders the way you’d tell it: getting ready, the ceremony, the reception. Folders can go inside folders, three deep. The film sits on the same page as the photos, under your studio’s name.

The couple’s side.
Hearts the photos they love
Add to your favorites puts a heart on a photo, and you see their picks in the project.
Leaves notes on the film and the photos
On the second of the film, or the spot on a photo, the way they’d point at a screen.
Approves the photos first, if they like
Photos are often ready weeks before the film. The couple can approve the photos now and the film when it’s done.
Downloads what they want
Everything, the photos, the films, or their favorites, at full size or a smaller copy for sharing.
After the wedding.
The page stays open for as long as you keep the project, so the link from the delivery email still works on their first anniversary. If you want it private, put a password on the link and send it separately.
There are no print sales here. If prints are a big part of your packages, a photo gallery with a lab built in is a better fit for that side of the job.
Questions.
Can I deliver wedding photos and video on one link?
Yes. The film and every photo sit on one page, and the couple reviews, approves and downloads both from it.
Can the couple approve the photos before the film is ready?
Yes. The photos can be approved now and the film when it’s finished.
Can the couple download just their favorites?
Yes. Their hearted photos download together, with or without the films.
How long does the gallery stay up?
For as long as you keep the project, unless you set an expiry date on the link.
