How to get client feedback on a PDF.
“Page 7, second paragraph. No, wait, the third.” Then a screenshot with a red circle, sent from a phone.
PDF feedback usually arrives as a marked-up copy, a list in an email, or both, and they don’t agree. When your client puts the note on the page itself, you skip the round where you work out what they meant.

How your client leaves a note on a page.
Open the PDF on the link
No download. Your client is told to tap a page to leave a note.
Tap the spot
The pin lands where your client tapped, and the note says which page it’s on: p. 3, p. 7.
Draw if it helps
Draw, Arrow and Box mark exactly what to move or cut, and Undo if your client changes their mind.
Approve when it’s right
The same Approve that signs off the photos and films signs off the document.

Long documents too.
Your client can zoom in up to four times. The viewer draws the pages near the one being read, so a long brand book still opens quickly on a phone. The notes sit in a column beside the pages, or in a drawer on a small screen.
Illustrator files and Word documents open as pages the same way. A PDF with a password doesn’t open in the viewer; your client can download it and open it in their own PDF app.
Next to everything else on the job.
The brochure sits on the same link as the photos and the film it was made from, so a note on page 4 and a note on the hero frame land in one list for you.
Questions.
Does my client need to download the PDF to comment?
No. Your client taps the page in the browser and types the note.
Can my client draw on a PDF?
Yes. Draw, Arrow and Box, with Undo, on any note pinned to a page.
Does it work for Word and Illustrator files?
Yes. Word documents and Illustrator files open as pages and take notes the same way.
Does my client need an account to leave notes?
No. Your client opens the link in any browser and types a name with the first note. There’s nothing to sign up for and no app to install.
