For real estate photographers

Photo delivery for real estate photographers.

“Listing goes live at nine. Can you send the photos again? I can’t find the email.”

Real estate work is a lot of jobs, each due fast, for agents who download and move on. So the job here is one link per listing: the agent opens it on a phone, sees every photo, the drone shots and the tour film, and downloads what the listing needs.

Free up to 5 GB. No card.

Set it up for listing work.

  • Downloads open from the start

Most agents don’t approve listing photos, they download them. In a project’s Settings, turn on Downloads before approval and turn off Watermark review copies. Your account’s Project defaults can start every new listing that way.

  • A folder for each part

Split a listing into folders, like interiors, exteriors, twilight and drone, so the agent finds the aerials without scrolling past forty kitchen frames.

  • Full size or a copy for screens

The agent downloads everything at once or one photo at a time, at full size for print or as a smaller copy for screens and email.

When the agent does want a change.

Sometimes the agent spots a lamp left on, a car in the driveway, a reflection in a window. The agent taps the spot on the photo and types, and you see a numbered pin right there instead of a text that says “the one with the lamp”. You fix it, upload the new photo over the old one, and the agent’s link shows the new one.

One client for each agent.

Make each agent a client, and each listing a project inside it. Past listings stay on their links for as long as you keep them, so when a house comes back on the market a year later, the old set is a tap away.

What this isn’t.

There’s no booking, no invoicing and no property website here, and no way to make the agent pay before downloading. If you want ordering, payment and listing pages in the same tool, a system built for real estate photography may suit you better. This is for the delivery and the notes.

Questions.

How do real estate photographers deliver photos?

Most send a link to an online gallery rather than an email attachment or a drive, because a full listing set is too big for email and the agent needs it the same day. Here that link holds the photos, the drone shots and the film, and the agent downloads from it on a phone or a computer.

Can the agent download without approving?

Yes. Turn on Downloads before approval in the project’s Settings, or in your account’s Project defaults for every new project. Turn off Watermark review copies as well, and the agent gets clean files right away.

Can the tour video go on the same link?

Yes. The film plays on the same page as the photos, prepared for smooth playback on a phone, and downloads at full size.

Does my client need an account?

No. Your client opens the link in any browser, on a phone or a computer, and types a name the first time they leave a note. There’s nothing to sign up for and no app to install.

What does it cost?

There’s a free plan with 5 GB of room and 1 hour of video, no card needed. Solo is $20 a month with 1 TB and 15 hours of video, and Studio is $59 a month for a team. Every feature is on every plan.
