For real estate videographers
Video delivery for real estate videographers.
“Can we lose the shot where you can see the neighbor’s trash cans?” Which shot? There are three angles on the front yard.
A listing film comes in versions: the walkthrough, a vertical cut for social, sometimes one with the agent on camera and one without. Here they all sit on one link, and the agent points at the exact second that needs to change.
Free up to 5 GB. No card.
What your client does on the link.
Your client watches
Your client opens the link on a phone or a computer and watches the film, with the photos right beside it. No account, no app to install.
Your client points at what to change
Your client pauses and types, and the note sticks to that second of the film. On a photo or a PDF page, your client taps the exact spot, and can draw on it.
Your client approves
When it’s right, your client presses Approve and confirms once. The watermark comes off. On a job with photos and film, your client can approve each one separately.
Your client downloads the finals
The full-size files open for download on the same link, one by one or all at once. You don’t send anything new.
Notes on the second.
The trash cans, at 0:42
The agent pauses where the problem is and types. The note keeps that second, so you go straight to the shot instead of scrubbing for it.
Every version on one page
Upload the walkthrough, the vertical cut and the version without the agent side by side, or give each one its own folder.
A new cut over the old one
Fix the shot and upload the new cut over the last. The agent’s link doesn’t change, and the earlier cut stays a tap away.
Branded and unbranded.
Your name sits at the top of the page the agent opens, so the link itself carries your branding. If a listing service asks for an unbranded tour, give the agent the unbranded file to download and upload there, or host it where the listing service says.
The stills and the aerials too.
If you shot photos or flew the drone on the same visit, they go on the same page. The agent pins a note on a photo the same way as on the film, and downloads everything from one link.
Fast turnaround, without the email chain.
Listing work runs on days, not weeks. The agent gets an email when you send the link, and you get one when notes are waiting, so a fix can go out the same afternoon.
Questions.
Can the agent download the film without approving it?
Yes. Turn on Downloads before approval in the project’s Settings. Until you do, the full-size film opens when the agent presses Approve.
Will the film play on the agent’s phone?
Yes. Every film is prepared for smooth playback on a phone, and the full-size master downloads separately.
Can I deliver a vertical cut for social?
Yes. Upload it beside the walkthrough, and the agent leaves notes on each film and downloads each one on its own.
Whose name is at the top of my client’s page?
Yours. Your logo, name and colors sit at the top of your client’s page on every plan, Free included. The link itself is on dropyourfiles.com.
What does it cost?
There’s a free plan with 5 GB of room and 1 hour of video, no card needed. Solo is $20 a month with 1 TB and 15 hours of video, and Studio is $59 a month for a team. Every feature is on every plan.
