Account

Your studio, and what every new gallery inherits from it.

Studio

The name your client sees at the top of every gallery, and the person they reply to.

Sign in and security

The address you sign in with, and the password behind it.

Where to find you

Shown quietly at the foot of every gallery, so a client who liked the work can get back to you without digging out an email.

Mark

Sits above the title on every gallery, in place of your studio name. On every plan — nobody charges you to take their logo off your client's screen.

None

PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG, under 2MB. A transparent PNG on a light background is what this is designed around.

Accent

Your colour. It sets the title at the top of every gallery, and marks a note nobody has answered or a gallery still in review.

Gallery defaults

What a new gallery and its share link are born with. You can still change any of it per gallery in the editor — this is the starting point, not the ceiling.

Your client can leave timecoded and pin notes.

They can close the round themselves.

Off is the sane default — approving unlocks the masters on the same link.

Their name across the frame until they approve. It disappears on approval.

One email per gallery, not per file.

Ways to sign in

How you get in. Your clients never make an account — that is the point of the product and it isn't changing.

Plan

Every plan has every feature. What changes is the room: storage, hours of video and team logins. Archived work counts for less.

archived, counted at two-thirds

A gallery counts as live from the day you send it. About a year after your client has the files it goes to your archive on its own, or you can put it there yourself the day you are finished with it. Either way it stays online, your client can still download it, and it counts at two-thirds against your storage. Nothing is deleted for being old — work goes only when you delete it.

Your address

A gallery link with your name in it instead of ours. The token still does the work — this is what sits in front of it.

Your team

Anyone here can upload, send and approve on this studio's behalf. Your clients never see them.

Send this to someone who still emails a download link and a paragraph of notes.

Email

What we send you that is not about a job.

Occasional, and never about somebody else's gallery. Notes, approvals and downloads are not affected by this.

Both go to your own address. The full set uses a sample studio and gallery.
